Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
All sales are final and we do not accept order cancellations once your order has been placed. If you have an issue with your order that you've placed please email help@yoniyoni.shop.
All orders are processed within 1-10 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays). Please note that our products are handmade in small batches, and there is a process that occurs from the time they leave our facility to when they are processed by our warehouse team before dispatch.
Domestic Orders - UK
For domestic orders, our main delivery partners are UK Royal Mail.
- Standard Delivery: Orders take 2-3 working days for delivery once dispatched to the delivery partner.
- Express Delivery: Orders take 1-2 working days for delivery once dispatched to the delivery partner.
Tracking: A tracking number will be issued once your order has been processed, and you will receive this via the email provided at the time of ordering.
Shipping Address Change: You have a short window to change your shipping address after placing an order. Please use the link provided in your order confirmation to access the portal and make any necessary changes. After this window, changes may no longer be possible, so please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
We are not responsible for any delays that may arise once your order has been handed over to the delivery partner. If you experience issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
International Orders, USA & Europe
For international orders, please allow 5-10 working days (excluding weekends or holidays) for delivery. However, delays can occur, and in such cases, delivery may take up to 15 working days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Please note, we are not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments. We are also not responsible for the following situations:
- Packages refused due to high duties and taxes
- Packages not picked up by the recipient at the local handling facility
- Packages that cannot clear customs because of restrictions
- Items that are missing because they have been confiscated by customs
- Inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses
For European deliveries, orders with a value of under €150 should not typically be subject to additional duties and taxes during customs clearance. However, we cannot guarantee that this will always be adhered to once the items reach their destination. The customs office at the destination country has the final say, and we are not in control of their decisions.
Returns
We do not accept returns on Yoni Eggs or personal hygiene products due to their intimate nature and for safety reasons. However, we are happy to accept returns on other products, provided that they are:
- Unopened
- Not damaged
- Still in their original packaging
