Our Story

Yoni Yoni is a UK-based brand that was born from my own struggles and desire to create something better. I’m Asha Shepherd, the founder, a certified doula, and a Yoni Steam specialist. In 2020, I started Yoni Yoni as a response to the lack of natural, effective feminine care products available, particularly in the UK. After facing my own challenges with feminine hygiene, I couldn’t find the products I needed – ones that were truly natural, gentle, and empowering. So, I decided to make them myself.

What began as a personal mission to create products for myself and my close friends quickly grew into a brand that now provides women with the natural, holistic alternatives they deserve. Through the process, I’ve been on my own spiritual journey, learning more about my body, my needs, and the powerful connection we all have to our sacred spaces.

At Yoni Yoni, we believe that every woman deserves to feel confident, empowered, and connected to her divine feminine power. Our products are carefully crafted using natural, ethically sourced ingredients that help nurture and honour your Yoni – your sacred space. Everything we create is handmade in small batches to ensure that you receive the highest quality care, free from toxic chemicals, fragrances, and anything that could disrupt the natural balance of your body.

As a doula and Yoni Steam specialist, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to care for your feminine health, both physically and spiritually. That’s why I choose to incorporate powerful, healing essential oils into our products, selected specifically for their medicinal benefits to women’s health. Whether you’re caring for your Yoni on a daily basis, cleansing your energy, or honouring your body through any stage of life – we are here to support you.

Yoni is a Sanskrit word meaning "sacred space," and we believe it’s a beautiful reminder to ask: How do you care for your sacred space? As women, we often carry the weight of past traumas, emotional baggage, and daily stress in our womb space. That’s why it’s so important to nurture, cleanse, and love our Yoni. After all, a healthy Yoni is a happy Yoni.

Our mission is rooted in providing natural alternatives for feminine care, with a judgment-free approach to addressing a range of women’s health issues, from fertility to menopause to energy cleansing. We welcome all women – of every age, race, and identity – to embrace self-care and honour their bodies.
